A: Keikeaux is delighted to create higher quantities for your special day. Since many of the items on the website under the "Shop" page are available in limited quantity, please inquire for availability.
Q: How do I request custom item(s)? Are there any important things to note with custom orders?
A: Please click on the "Shop" tab above to get started. There you will find a "Contact" button on the upper right side. Please click it, and send me a message to begin the process. Keikeaux works extremely hard to create beautiful jewelry for you and your loved ones. I ask that you pay up front because I may seek out and special-order materials and components just for you. Custom orders are not returnable due to their nature. I will communicate with you during the creation process to ensure you receive a beautiful product.
Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Please allow one week to create and ship items currently in my shop. Custom Orders may take up to four weeks to complete, if special materials need to be ordered. I can work with you to accommodate your deadline to the best of my ability.

A: Yes. You may find international shipping rates by clicking "Shop" above. Shipping rates accompany each item listed for sale. Please note that shipping rates for custom orders may vary from those listed, due to size and weight.

A: Yes. All orders are safely packaged in a gift box with ribbon. Multiple items may be packaged in a single box. You may request individual boxes for each item at no extra cost.
